This sign up form is for all new guests and guests who have not received services from November 2022 . After completing this sign up form, you will be redirected to 1 on 1 Virtual Consultation page to schedule your 1-on-1 virtual consultation with me. Although there may be some repetitive questions on the consultation form please complete each form in its entirety. You will also have an opportunity to upload photos of your hair and inspiration photos of your desired hair cut, shape or color.
